Updated 5/15: We have not yet assembled the photo celebration of Sara's life, but it will be posted here by mid-summer. We are taking some time before we post again. Our family is grateful to all who came to Sara's Memorial Service to remember her and celebrate her life. We never expected so many people to come, and it was a reunion of everyone she touched in her 29 years. I could feel Sara's presence, and I know you all did too. Thank you for helping keep her memory alive...m2
Updated 3/17: Sara's Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 26 at 1:00 at the Smith Chapel, Riverbend Church, Austin, TX. It is located at 4212 North Capital of Texas Highway, Austin, TX 78746.
Sara's ashes will be interred at Remembrance Gardens at Riverbend at a later date in a private ceremony. Your remembrances of Sara posted on her blog are making a real difference to our family. We sincerely thank everyone for their prayers and support during this difficult time.
We plan to post a celebration of Sara's life in about a month on this blog. We hope you can visit us again once we have assembled it.

ReplyDeleteI continually pray for you and your wonderful family. You have had a journey for life but you have been amazing through it all. With Megan's heart transplant in Houston, I realized how hard it is to be away from home. No one but you and your family will ever know your true struggles as a transplant patient. Your journey has been unbelievable and your are a remarkable, strong woman. I will keep praying for you and for your success of another transplant. Love to all of you!
