A Christmas present
Sara was released from the hospital last night to celebrate Christmas at our apartment. The day before they pulled her J-tube (small bowel) and G-tube (stomach) lines that have been there seemingly forever. This removes a constant irritation and source of pain. So we have a double Christmas present, two fewer lines and some time away from the hospital!! Life is good...m2

Wonderful news! I was so worried Sara would be stuck in the hospital for Christmas and am thrilled that she gets a break! I wish all of you a very merry Christmas, filled with as little pain and as much laughter as possible. I hope Santa finds you up there! ;)
