We are out again!

Sara improved during the last few days in the hospital and has been released back to our nearby apartment for the New Year's weekend. It looked like everyone with a pulse was getting released, but hey we qualified, so we are out again! We have a literal medical supply house in our apartment and a complicated schedule of what to give when, with bags and pumps everywhere, but Sara is managing it like a pro. Sara has kept up her good appetite, and in the last few days we have had Tex-Mex, Thai, Chinese, Italian, grilled cheese and popcorn. Even with all of the eating, she is still on TPN (IV nutrition) due to adsorption problems, but the joy of eating is a big blessing. Happy New Year to all! …m2
